The Process

Prep: We acclimated the planks to your home’s climate, remove existing flooring, and ensure the subfloor is perfectly flat and clean.
Layout: We map out the room to ensure balanced rows and natural-looking plank variations.
Install: Planks are precision-cut and locked together using a floating click-lock system, leaving proper expansion gaps along the walls.
Finish: We install transitions and baseboards or shoe molding for a clean, completed look.

Prep & Acclimation: Hardwood acclimates in your home for several days to match its humidity level. We prepare the subfloor with a moisture barrier.
Layout: We snap reference lines to ensure rows run straight and visually expand your space.
Install: Planks are meticulously staggered and secured to the subfloor using professional flooring nailers or staples.
Finish: We add the finishing touches, including trim, thresholds, and a final cleanup.

Sanding: We use advanced dust-containment sanding machines to strip away old finish, scratches, and dents down to the raw wood.
Trowel Filling: A specialized wood filler is applied across the floor to seal any minor gaps between planks.
Staining (Optional): If you want a new color, we apply a premium stain evenly across the floor.
Protective Coat: We apply multiple layers of high-durability polyurethane finish (available in satin, semi-gloss, or gloss) to protect your floors for years to come.
